We love what we do! We love the people, we love giving advice, we love our working areas and we love property.

We want to share a new perspective on how people sell, buy, let and rent property. Our customers donít pay premiums for fancy high street offices or ostentatious cars. We believe our precious high streets should have more boutiques, restaurants and coffee shops instead. How it started

After working for over 20-years combined in some of the largest, most prolific estate agencies in London, we became fed up with the lack of innovation in estate agency. The world was changing but estate agency was stuck in a bind between high fees and cheap tricks. We knew there had to be way of offering a bespoke property service for a fair fee.

Clever Property was born, and with the Clever model we have dropped all the unnecessary extras. It allows us to deliver more to the customer for less. Clever adopts a radically transparent, candid approach; fees are never hidden and theyíre the same percentage for everyone, regardless of property size or value. Clients have access to real property professionals, never a remote call centre and Clever property is open longer than all other agents, seven days a week.
